Phillip Anthony "Tony" Nelson

Phillip "Tony" Anthony Nelson  of Ravenna unexpectedly passed away on Saturday,  August 29, 2015 at the age of 52.  Tony will forever be remembered as a man who loved woodworking and landscaping.  He will always be remembered for his willingness to help lend a hand to those in need.  He was a member of the Lake Brady Methodist Church.  Tony is survived by his children Boone (Amanda) Nelson, Joshua (Amanda) Nelson, Daniel McQuerry, Page Frazee, his granddaughter Isabella, his mother Lillie Cheatwood, his siblings James (Darlene) Fisher, Joe Fisher, Janet (Phillip) Thompson, Tina (Rich Daniel) Kelly, Judy (Donald) Proffitt, many nieces and nephews and special friends Bud Curfman, Jeff and Andrea Heiney.  He was preceded in death by his father James Nelson.  There will be no calling hours memorial services will be 1:00 PM Saturday September 5, 2015 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.
