Polly M Hemp

Polly M. Hemp, 63 of Maple Hts., Ohio passed away Tuesday August 29, 2023 at the Parma Medical Center.  She was born September 30, 1959 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Gordon and Norma (Krause) Poots.  Living the past 25 years in Maple Hts., Polly was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing quilting and canning.  Those lefty to cherish her memory are her children Clifford Smith, Victor Smith, Thomas (Katherine) Smith, her grandchildren Jasmine, Corey, Kacey, Chasidi, Bella,  Sonny  and her siblings Pam Workman, Linda Scott, Robyn Robey, Mark Poots and her fiance' Tom Jeffrey.  In honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday September 30, 2023 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Condolences and memories of Polly may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
