Quang Van Duong

On Sunday, November 15, 2020, Quang Van Duong, a loving husband, father of two children passed away at the age of 53 at his home.  Quang Duong was born on January 31, 1967 in Vietnam.  Quang is preceded in death by his mother Nguyet Huynh.  He is survived by sisters: Nguyet-Thu Duong, Nguyet-Thuy Duong, and Thuy-Tien Duong; brothers: Dat-Van Duong and Anh-Van Duong.  He leaves behind his beloved wife, Don Nguyen and their children An Duong and Quyen-Van Duong, son-in-law Phu-Thanh Phan along with one grandson, Jason Phan.   Quang was baptised in Da-Lat, Vietnam from birth and continued to be a devoted son to Jesus throughout his life.

No words can describe the beautiful and rich life he had with his family.  He will always be remembered for his undying love, caring, and dedication to his wife, children, and doting grandson. Even during sickness, Quang fought for his life with bravery to ease his family’s mind.  The family is very proud of him as a husband, father, and grandfather.  Please keep him and his family in your prayers.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes.  Calling hours will be from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and funeral mass will be from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM.  Flowers may be sent directly to Funeral Homes: 141 N.
