Ralph K. Roderick

Ralph K. Roderick 77 of Shalersville passed away Wednesday September 1, 2010 at Robinson Memorial Hospital.  He was born August 30, 1933 in Morgantown, WV to the late Ezra and Evelyn (Mason) Roderick.  Ralph has lived in Shalersville since 1965 where he worked for the Ford Motor Company, was a member of the New Apostilic Church.  He enjoyed watching movies, fishing and spending time with his loving family.  Survivors include his loving wife, Ann (McClelland) Roderick whom he married in 1952, daughters, Ruby Streharsky of Streetsboro, Julie Roderick of Ravenna, son, Ed Roderick of New Zealand, sister, Jesse of Ohio, brothers Kenneth and Richard of CA, John of Cuyahoga Falls, 3, grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Beside his parents he was preceded by a sister Juanita Walls Irene Paskins, brothers Glenn and Jim Roderick. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 7, 2010 with calling hours held from 12:00 PM till time of service, at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  Priest Greg McClelland will be officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park.
