Ray M. Williams

Ray M.Williams 67 of Ravenna died unexpectedly at home Saturday, September 24, 2011. He was born October 28, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to Frank and Dessie (Peterson) Williams. Ray was a US Army veteran, worked for Stamm Construction as a cement truck driver and laborer and had worked at Portage Cycles. Survivors include his wife of 44 years Sandra (Newell), daughters Yvonne (Mike) Mihalich and Gina (Chris) Kelling both of Ravenna and grandchildren Sarah, Julia, Patrick, Kayla and Sam. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Frank Jr. and Dewey Williams. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with funeral services to follow at 8 PM Tuesday. Reverend William Snyder will officiate.
