Rena A (Davis) Morris

Rena A. Morris, 66, of Akron, passed away Thursday September 26, 2024at Akron General Hospital.  She was born May 27, 1958 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late George and Essie (Maxwell) Davis.  Living in Akron since 2017, Rena was formerly of Barberton and Ravenna. Rena worked as a Home Health Aid to several agency to share her love and energy to help those in need of her special care and love.  as a hone health New Exodus in Akron has been her church home under the leadership of Rev. Partridge and Rev. Prince.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children Tamara Lott, Dewayne Lott and siblings Barbara M. Maxwell, Harilyn Leona Latimer and  Kevin Davis, her grandparents the late Rev. B. Sadler and First Lady AnnieBell Sadler, Sara Jackson and Claude Jackson Aunt and Uncle, Gloria  Mack first cousin.

Survivors include her husband Jerry D. Morris whom she married September 22, 2017, her children   Asia Lott, Antwain Morris, Alyssa Morris, Anetris Morris, her grandchildren Sha-nauticta, Jaylin, Jamari and her siblings Leverne (Marilyn) Maxwell, Delmar V. Kirklin, Anthony Kirklin, Dwight Kirklin, Gregory B. (Raniece) Kirklin, Debra J. Vance,, Tandaleyo D. Hall, Harold Kirklin,  George  Kirklin,Anthony Kirklin, Antoinetta L. Latimer, Mark E. Latimer.  Calling hours will be Saturday October 5, 2024 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral  Homes Ravenna Chapel from 1 PM until time of the 2 PM Funeral Service.   Repast will be at the King Kennedy Center of 6660 Garfield Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266
