Richard K. Cummings

Richard K. Cummings 61 of Streetsboro passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at his home. He was born December 18, 1958 in Johnstown, PA to Peter and Margaret (Hockytko) Cummings. Rick worked as a Quality Control Engineer for Empire Die Castings. He enjoyed music, gardening, baking and relaxing outside by a bonfire and loved watching his favorite sports teams the Boston Celtics, Pittsburgh Steelers, Penn State and Pittsburgh Pirates. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, father and mother in law Benny and Ida Kawa and brother in law Ken Costlow. Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years Donna (Kawa), sons Matthew and Kevin, grandchildren Micah, Ayva and Kenzley, siblings Honora (Richard) Solomon and Tim (Joyce) Cummings, sisters and brothers in law Cathy Costlow, Debbie and Jeff Rininger, Ben and Mindy Kawa and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. At the family's request there will be no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
