Richard (Dick) Etling Sr

Richard (Dick) Etling, Sr of Kent passed away April 11, 2012 after a brief illness at Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was born December 18, 1943 at home to the late William and  Ida (Mellon) Etling. Dick was a machinist and group leader at Permco Inc. of Streetsboro until his retirement in 2010. Survivors are his wife of 47 years, Sandy, his daughters, Rhonda (Dan) Jordan of TN, Holly Etling at home, grandchildren, Jessica (Gabe) Slade of TN, Matthew Jordan of TN, brother, Allan (Jan) Etling of Hudson, and his sister-in-law Audrey Etling of PA. In addition to his parents ,he is preceded in death by his son, Richard L. Etling Jr, and a brother, William David Etling.  Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with calling hours being held from 12:00 PM till time of service , also on Saturday. Rev. William Snyder will be officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Shalersville following the service.
