Richard D. Welsh, age 60 of Bedford Heights, passed away on October 2, 2017. Richard was born on July 15, 1957 in Northfield, OH to the late Robert and Evangeline Welsh. He worked for many years for Seaway Foods in their shipping and receiving department. He is survived by his sons Jason Welsh and Andrew Welsh. His memory is cherished by his brothers Robert and Allen Welsh, and by his sisters Diane Welsh and Debbie Prochaska and his grandchildren Aaron, Seth and Sydney Welsh. As per Richard's request, cremation has taken place, without any services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes' Streetsboro Chapel.
