Richard A. Yeager , Sr. 76 of Ravenna died Friday, November 25, 2016. He was born September 22, 1940 in Alliance to August A. and Cora E. (Cooley) Yeager. Richard worked at Walmart the past 18 years and was a dedicated employee. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with family. Survivors include his children Michael Yeager, Jennifer Yeager, Angela Talcott, Elizabeth Darrin, Rachel Ault, George Yeager, Tina Gates, Carol Valentine, Renee Specht, Richard Yeager and Bruce Yeager, 42 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Yula Nester. Calling hours will be from 11 AM until time of funeral service at 12 PM Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Reverend David Ballert will officiate. The family would like to thank Kevin Weir for all the care given to Richard.
