Ricky Lamone Wright, Sr.

Ricky L. Wright Sr., 70, passed away on October 16, 2026, in Canton, Ohio at Mercy Hospital. He was born on November 15, 1955, to Bertram and Bertha Wright.

Ricky is survived by his sons, Rick Wright and Jon Wright of Ravenna, OH; daughter-in-law, Sarah Wright of Ravenna, OH; brother, Bertram Wright Jr. of Kent, OH; and sister, Merian Wright of Brimfield, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Wright; his parents; his brother, Willie Wright; and his sister, Alvira Wright.

Family and friends will gather to honor Ricky's memory on what would have been his 71st birthday for a celebration of life that will be held on November 15, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Ravenna Elks 1076.
