Rita M (Ocilka) Papesh

Rita M. Papesh, 88, of Streetsboro passed away Saturday March  24, 2018 at Kensington Care Center in Aurora, Ohio.  She was born November 27, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Mary (Sotak) Ocilka.  Mrs. Papesh has lived in Streetsboro the past 14 years and was formerly of Solon.  She had retired from the Heck Insurance Agency in Chagrin Falls, Ohio  as a licensed insurance agent and was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro.  She loved  cooking, baking, crocheting and polka dancing.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Tabor in 1983, four brothers and four sisters.  Survivors include her husband Tony Papesh whom she married November 13, 1991, her daughters Lori (Jeff) Townsend of Port Clinton, Ohio, Carrie Tabor of Streetsboro  her step daughters  Nancy (Doug) Thistlethwaite of Solon and Lisa (Mark) Havens of Twinsburg, Ohio,   her grandchildren  Christi, Cara, Patrick, Alex and great  grandson Sam.
