Robert L. Crist

Robert L. Crist 60 of Ravenna passed away Wednesday February 18, 2015 at Akron City Hospital.  He was born August 25, 1954 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Samuel and Virginia (Zello) Crist.  Mr. Crist has been a lifelong Ravenna resident and  enjoyed his 55 Chevy and his Harley Davidsons.  Survivors include his children Bobbi Jo (Chris Travis) Ware, Carol Madison, Thomas (Shelby Stewart)  Crist, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and his canine companion Lulu.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Samuel Crist II, his sister Carol Crist, his sister in law Karen Crist and longtime companion Leslie Lange.  Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM Monday February 23, 2015 until time of services at 11:00 AM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery  Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
