Robert Elliott Longshore, Jr.

Robert Elliott Longshore, Jr., 84 of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Tamarack Ridge. Robert was born on April 25, 1939 in Russell, Kentucky to his late parents Robert Longshore, Sr. and Reba Longshore. He had worked as a tire builder, retiring from Goodyear in Akron in 2000. Robert was a proud service member of the United States Army, a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife Marjorie E. Longshore, his children Robert (Caroline) Longshore, Diana (Gordon) Myers, Tina Martynes, and April Knapp, his step-children Matthew (Charlene) Lustritz, Susan Paoloni, and Chris (Kim) Lustritz, many grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and his siblings Ronald Longshore, Roberta McCrammen-Longshore, Rita James and Ruth Bennett. Per his request, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be 11:00 AM Thursday June 29, 2023 with military honors at Northlawn Memorial Gardens Peninsula, Ohio.
