Robin (Miller) Kaltenborn

Robin Kaltenborn, 69 of Ravenna passed away Monday October 19, 2015 at University Hospitals  Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  Being a lifelong Ravenna resident, she was born in Ravenna on October 3, 1946 to the late Robert and Martha (Crowe) Miller.  Robin retired in 2000 from Robinson Memorial Hospital where she worked as a secretary.  She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, the Ravenna Moose and enjoyed making blankets, playing bingo, canasta and was an avid poker fan.  Survivors include her children Eric (Krystal) Kaltenborn of Canal Winchester, OH., Todd (Adrienne) Kaltenborn of Hudson, her grandchildren Bailey, Alex, Ellioit, Benjie, Brendan, Maile and her siblings Elwood (Juanita) Miller of South Daytona Beach, Florida and Shirley (Gary) Thompson of Tallmadge.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Lurae Collins and Betty Miller.  Calling hours will be Monday October 26, 2015 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church Ravenna, Ohio with Pastor Dan J. Caruso, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow the services in Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.  Funeral services entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Condolences and memories of Robin may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
