Roger E. Bowden

Roger E. Bowden 68 of Ravenna passed away Saturday July 12, 2014 at Akron City Hospital.  He was born February 18, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late David and Sarah Jane (Maloy) Bowden.  Mr. Bowden has lived in Ravenna the past 14 years and was formerly of Cleveland.  He retired from Akon in Aurora, where he was a plastic injection molder.  Survivors  include his wife Doris L. (Austin) Bowden whom he married in 1974 and his siblings Robert, Roy Bowden and Jean Depence.  There will be no calling hours or services, cremation has taken place at Roger's request.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family c/o Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes 141 N.
