Ronald R. Biglin

Ronald R. "Ron" Biglin 75 of Ravenna died Friday, March 22, 2013. He was born December 2, 1937 in Cassandra, PA to Herbert and Edna (Beck) Biglin. Ron was a manufacturing engineer for Lamson & Sessions and RB&W, retiring after more than 40 years of service. He enjoyed traveling and being outdoors. Survivors include his wife of 52 years Lillian (Misiura), daughter Lorraine Forbes of Rhode Island, son Ronald Alan Biglin of Massachusetts  and grandchildren Daniel & Timothy Forbes. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Agnes Solarczyk, Ruth Andraychak, Annarae Phillips, Michael Biglin, Rose Marie Alexander and James Biglin . At his request, there will be no calling hours or services, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Robinson Visiting Nurse & Hospice, 6847 N. Chestnut Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Private burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
