Ronald L Prunty, Sr.

Ronald L. Prunty, Sr., 73 of Ravenna passed away Monday April 13, 2020 at his home with his family by his side.  He was born on September 12, 1946 in Fairmont, West Virginia to the late Argle and Pauline (Edgell) Prunty.  Mr. Prunty has lived  in Ravenna the past 46 years and had retired as driver for the White House Mental Health in Canton.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Ronald L. Prunty, Jr. and two sisters.  Survivors include his  wife of 53 years Shirley A. (Thomas) Prunty whom he married March 10, 1967, his children Tina A. (Ed) McKean, Tammy L. Prunty, Thomas K. Prunty, 14 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  Private graveside services have been held at Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Ronald may mat be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
