Roy Robert Fassnacht

Roy Robert Fassnacht, 68, of Streetsboro, passed away at his home on Thursday, October 22, 2015. He was born in Barberton, Ohio on September 17, 1947, to Gerald & June Fassnacht.
Roy was an Army Veteran and served from 1967-1969. He later retired from Brecksville Road Transit where he was a charter bus driver. He enjoyed traveling with his family, caring for his pets at home, and joking with his friends at the American Legion Post 685 where he has been a member since 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Debra (Smith) Fassnacht; children, David, Scott, Richie, Heith, Chris, Misty, Rachel, and Jen; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and his brother, Jerry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jim. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October, 31, 2015 at The Hill Church in Brimfield, Ohio (3580 State Route 43). Burial with military honors will be held on Monday November 2, 2015 at 9:30 AM in the Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery Rittman, Ohio. The service will be officiated by Rev. James Walden Jr. and Pastor Jeremy Walden.
