Ruby Jean (Shamblin) Kelly

Ruby Jean Kelly 67 of Ravenna passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL. She was born January  29, 1945 in Poca, WV to the late Clarence and Pearl (Kelly) Shamblin.  Ruby was a member of Black Horse Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, gardening, listening to music, going to yard sales, and loved helping others.  Survivors include her daughters, Lisa (Steve) Addison of Ravenna, Debby (Dale) Reiman of Ormond Beach, FL, Sandy (Bob) Justice of Kentucky, Patty (Ralph) Clapper of Ravenna, Wendy (Steve) Staats of Stow, son Glen (Wendy Jo) Kelly Jr of Oneida, WI, 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sisters Marie (Paul) King, Libby (Bob) Lance, Ginny (Elmer) Goetz, brothers Carl (Linda) Shamblin, Herman Shamblin, Dan (Mary) Shamblin, and Mike (Kathy) Shamblin. Besides her parents she was preceded by her loving husband Glen W. Kelly Sr. whom died in June 2011, son  Joseph Kelly, sisters Helen Parkins, Julie Shamblin, brothers Roger, Edward, Robert, and Clarence Shamblin Jr. Calling hours will be held from 11 - 1 PM and 4 - 7 PM Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  The Service will be held at 7:00 PM following the calling hours with Brother Dallas Sanford officiating.  Burial will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 in Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery Rittman, Ohio.
