Ruth (Stueve) Peppeard

Ruth Peppeard, 91 of Ravenna passed away Friday January 6, 2012. The daughter of Ed and Esther Stueve of Charlestown wife of Paul Peppeard and mother of Carol Ann Kerr, all deceased. She had two sisters, Alma Hickman and Elsie Strausser who are also deceased. Ruth was an active member for  many years of the Charlestown United Methodist Church and later at the Freedom Methodist Church.  Survivors include her son-in-law Robert (Linda) Kerr of Ravenna, grandson Eric (Yoshika) Kerr of Honolulu, two great grandchildren Noa and Anna Kerr who were dearly loved, also she is survived by several loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Bryn Mawr staff and residents, her friends and relatives for their prayers, visits, cards, and caring during the past years. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna chapel with Rev. Fred Bell officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery.
