Sally Lou (Rutherford) Miller

Sally Lou (McBride) Miller, 68 years young, known simply as "Nana" to many, passed away July 7, 2012, in the comfort of her daughter's home in Streetsboro. Sally's passing followed a courageous battle with cancer taht she'd successfully fought for more than 11 years. Sally was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all. Born March 24, 1944 in East Springfiled, PA. Sally lived the majority of her life in Northeast Ohio. She loved Christmas, shopped at Walmart whenever she could and enjoyed staying connected with family on Facebook. She was preceded in death by her husband William H. Miller, son Daniel Wayne McBride, father and stepmother Charles and Dorothy Rutherford, mother and stepfather Rose Marie (Coleman) and David Cochran, sister Norma Sayers and her loving dog Crickett. Survivors include her children, Paul Anthony (Stephanie) McBride, Roberta Lynn (Rick) Miller Wentz McClure, Billie Jo (Rodger) Miller Varner Price, Judith Ann (Christopher) Miller Geisman Green and Christopher David (Linda) McBride, grandchildren, Kathleen, Raymond, Katrina, Marcus, Rachel, Kimberly, Kelly, Destiny, Austin, Tiffany, DJ, Bailey, Dylan, Sierra, Brendan, Brianna, Kollyn and Bridgett, great grandchildren Raymond, Olivia and Brace, sisters Ann Marie, Gloria, and Kathleen, brother David and numerous other family members and friends who will miss her deeply until they see her again. Sally's final wishes were for a celebration of life, which took place prior to her passing.
