Sandra Lee (`Bocskey) Rose

Sandra Lee Rose 65 of Ravenna passed away Thursday June 23, 2011 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born December 4, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Steven and Helen (Cantor) Bocskey.   Mrs. Rose has been in Ravenna since 1998 and was formerly of Streetsboro.  She attended the 1st Congregational Church of Freedom.  Survivors include her husband Ronald Rose whom she married in February 1967, her son Ronald (Suzanne) Rose, Jr of Rootstown, her grandchildren Jacob, Tyler, her brother Gene Bocskey of Macedonia, her half brother Daniel and half sisters Dolores and Vicky.  Calling hours will be from Saturday June 25, 2011 from 11:00 AM  until time of Funeral services at 1:00 PM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel with Rev. Jim Melick and Chaplain Chuck Dennison officiating.  Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro.  The family requests in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Robinson Memorial Hospice and Visiting Nurse.  Memories may shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
