Sandra S. (Vair) Platt

Sandra S. Platt, 81 of Charlestown Twp. passed away Saturday January 7, 2023 at Country Club Rehab in Newton Falls, Ohio.  On August 26, 1941 She was born in Ravenna, Ohio to the late George and Maxine (Richard) Vair.  Being a lifelong Charlestown Twp resident, Sandra had worked at several area banks and also for the city of Ravenna in the Income Tax Department and graduated from the Southeast High School in 1959. She enjoyed traveling, eating out and doing embroidery.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Platt on December 12, 2018.  Survivors include her children Deborah (Charles) Hutton, Rick (Patty) Raber, her Step children Bridgett Platt, Brian (Lori) Platt, Brad (Steve Crook) Platt, Six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The family would like to thank every one who took care of her. In honoring Sandra's wishes, private family services were held at Charlestown Twp. Cemetery.
