Sarah L. Cross, 70, of Streetsboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Akron City Hospital. She was born on July 20, 1940 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to the late, Clyde W. and Catherine L. (Matthews) Bish, Sr. Sarah was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro and worked as a cashier for Reider's Stop N Shop which later became Giant Eagle. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ralph Cross, Sr. of Streetsboro; daughter Robin (John) Szabo of Hudson; son, Ralph "Jerry" (Lisa) Cross, Jr.; four grandchildren, Cole, Stone, Olivia, and Amanda; sister, Judith (Donald) Nash; and brother, Clyde (Deborah) Bish, Jr. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Joan of Arc Church. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Community Pantry, P.O. Box 2005, Streetsboro, Ohio 44241.
