Sarah E. Vanaman

Sarabeth Vanaman, 41 went home to be in the arms of Jesus, on  Wednesday January 27, 2016 at Akron General Hospital  after fighting a courageous 18 year battle with neurofibromatosis.  She was born September 22, 1974 in Salem, Ohio to Donald L. and Sarah E. (Reynolds) Vanaman.  She has lived most of her life in Rootstown.  She graduated from Rootstown High School, loved spending time with her son, was a former member of Grace Church in Rootstown and enjoyed doing crafts and shopping.  Survivors include her son Justin M. Vanaman, her parents Donald and Sarah Vanaman of Ravenna, her siblings  Donald K. Vanaman of Shalersville,  Cathy (Donald) Litsinger of Rootstown, Cheryl (John) Taylor of Rootstown ,  her nieces  Angela, Meagan, Lyndsey, Makenna, her nephews Mark, Neil, David, Curtis, Zachary, Ryan, Kyle and her pet cat Baby.  Calling hours will be Saturday January 30, 2016 from 11:00 AM until  time of funeral  services at 1:00 PM at Grace Church in Rootstown with Pastor Ron Regas officiating.  Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery Rootstown.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Grace Church 4808 Tallmadge Rd, Rootstown, OH 44272 or the NF Northeast  9 Bedford Street Burlington, MA 01803.  Condolences and memories of Sarabeth may be shared with the family at http://www.sscfuneralhomes.com./
