Shaun D. Kuhne

Shaun D. Kuhne, 43 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday January 1, 2022 from complications of Covid at the Cleveland Clinic. On June 9, 1978 he was born in Erie, Pennsylvania to his parents David R. and Janet L. (Frank) Kuhne. Shaun has lived in Streetsboro since 2017 and was formerly of Cuyahoga Falls and Aurora. He was the Cost Management Coordinator at UHC Corporation in Northfield, Ohio where he loved his job and co-workers. While living in Streetsboro he was a member of the Streetsboro VFW and enjoyed watching his sons in the sports they loved. Shaun enjoyed many outdoor activities with his boys including camping, fishing and kayaking. In addition to his parents, David and Janet Kuhne of New Holland, PA, survivors include his sons Ethan J and Nolan D. Kuhne, his best friend Ashlee Kuhne and his second mom Andrea Workman, his sister Amy L. (David) Edling and her children Allyssa (Matthew Taylor) Kuhne and Jaylan Carroll. A special thank you to his Ohio friends Mary and Bernadette for being with him to the end. Shaun's kindness, loyalty and ability to light up a room will be missed by his many friends in multiple states. Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday January 7, 2022 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday January 8, 2022 with Rev. Bill Snyder officiating. Burial will follow the services at Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to his son's at US Bank.
