Shirley J (Mcfarland) Gibson

Shirley J. Gibson, 89, of Champion, passed away Tuesday December 2024 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Warren, Ohio.  On August 12, 1935, Shirley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Fred and Ruby (Cosby) McFarland.  She has lived in Champion since 1976 and was a member of the Champion Church of the Nazarene.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Duane Gibson, her great grandson Easton Gibson and siblings Mary McFarland, Maurice McFarland, Wilma Huntsinger, Patty Eady, Richard McFarland, Charles McFarland, Donald  McFarland, Beaulah Wells.  Survivors include her sons Brian (Nancy) Gibson, Duane (Michele) Gibson, her grandchildren Jaimie, Nick, Ashley, Zachary.
