Shirley E (Schiesser) Fahrny

Shirley Emily Fahrny, born Sept 17, 1927, passed away on August 16, 2022, just short of her goal of “95”. Shirley is survived by 3 children:  Chris (Barbara), Nancy (Donnie Caporaletti) and Carol (Ronald) Feciuch, 5 grandchildren:  Jennifer May, Stephanie White, Rebecca White, Brian Feciuch and Jeffrey Feciuch, as well as 10 great-grandchildren. Shirley was a lifelong member of the Darrowville Street Grange and a long-time resident of Rootstown.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Karl, who died in 2013.  Graveside services will be held at Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown on  Friday September 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM presided by Reverend Woodall of the Rootstown Congregational Church. Condolences and memories of Shirley may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
