Sophie T. (Lisecka) Nowakowski

Sophie T. Nowakowski, 95 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday December 6, 2014 at Anna Marie Nursing Home in Aurora, Ohio.  She was born June 1, 1919 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Alexander and Anne (Lisecka) Stolowski.  She has lived in Twinsburg and was formerly of Cleveland.  She was a member of the SS Cosmas and Damian Church  in Twinsburg and had worked as a cashier for the Twinsburg Pharmacy.  Survivors include her daughters Carol McDonald , Barbara  Reiners, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Nowakowski on November 20, 1968, her siblings  Steve, Geneveve  Lola, Rose and Lottie.  Private family services  have been held at All Saints Cemetery Northfield, Ohio.
