Stephen W. Olszak

Stephen W. Olszak 44 of Palmyra died peacefully at his home on Monday, September 17, 2012 with his family by his side. He was born August 17, 1968 in Ravenna, Ohio to Kenneth and Linda (Givens) Olszak.  Formerly of Streetsboro, he has lived in Palmyra 22 years and was the President and Owner of Advanced Plumbing Inc. Stephen graduated in 1986 from Streetsboro High School, loved his work, watching his children play sports, the outdoors, the 3 Stooges and the Cleveland Browns. Survivors include his wife of 22 years Kelly D. (Phillips), daughter Katelyn M. Dye of Craig Beach, OH, son Stephen "Austin" Olszak of Palmyra, parents Kenneth (Linda) Olszak of Rootstown and sisters Candace Olszak of Rootstown, Daphne (Fred) Belcher of Streetsboro and Mitzi Moore of Ravenna. Calling hours will be held from 4 - 8 PM Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 21, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. David Ballert officiating. Burial will follow in West Cemetery in Palmyra.
