Steven M. Bica

Steven M. Bica, 65, of Ravenna, passed away Friday July 17, 2026 at his home. Being a lifelong Ravenna resident, Steve was born February 14, 1961 in Ravenna to Michael and Teresa (Dobrilovic) Bica. Steve was a self employed plumber and was a member of the Ravenna Elks. In addition to his mother Teresa Bica, he was preceded in death by his first wife Lisa Bica. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Theresa M. Scalia, his daughter Katherine (Bob Morgan) Bica and three step children, his father Michael Bica , his siblings Ann (John) Roush, Thomas (Ann Bolek) Bica wife's children Jennifer (Tim) Joseph, Christina (Josh) Silvis and James (Amber) Bokshon and five grandchildren. In honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and memorial calling hours will be Saturday August 1, 2026 from 11 AM until time of the 1 PM Memorial services at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Bill Wisniewski officiating. A Private family Burial will be held at a later date please join the family at the Ravenna Elks for a celebration of Steve's life. Per Steve’s request please wear bright colors, Hawaiian shirts. His favorite thing was going on vacation to Aruba, or a tropical island.
