Steven R. McFrederick 48 of Windham passed away suddenly Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Akron City Hospital. He was born November 1, 1964 in Ravenna. A lifelong resident of Portage County he was a self-emplyed driver. Steve enjoyed working on and building computers, cooking for his family, listning to music, and was an avid Cincinnati Bengals and NASCAR fan. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Linda Smith of Windham, brother, Brian (Lindsey) Smith of Windham, nephews, Dominic and Dylon, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Norene Smith. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home where friends and family may call from 11:00 AM till time of service. Rev.
