Tammy Louise Wadsworth 57 of Ravenna died Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was born August 7, 1959 in Ravenna to William F. Day and Thelma Hall. Tammy was a lifelong Portage County resident. Survivors include her father William Day Jr., her husband of 24 years Richard, children Jeanna (Tommy) and Brian (Cyn), grandchildren Kaylee, Addison and Chevy and brothers Randy Day, Alan Hall, Charles Hall, Steven Day, Bill Day and Nick Day. She was preceded in death by her mother Thelma Hall, step-father Bill Hall, and step-mother Stacia Day. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the family for the funeral and other expenses. Calling hours will be from 6 - 8 PM Friday, December 9, 2016 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the funeral home. Reverend Tracy Ogden Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
