Tammy (Havens) Finfrock

Tammy left us unexpectedly on Thursday, September 3, 2026, following complications related to a lifelong illness. While her passing leaves an immeasurable emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, her memory will live on through the many lives she touched. Tammy leaves behind her beloved husband, Dave Finfrock; her two children, Jessica (Josh) Lynch and Dylen Smith; her siblings; many nieces and nephews; and countless friends and loved ones who will miss her dearly. Throughout her life, Tammy held many cherished titles—daughter, sister, aunt, wife, cousin, neighbor, and friend. But of all the roles she held, the one she was most proud of was being a mom. Her family was at the heart of her life, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with the people she loved. Tammy found joy in the simple traditions and moments that brought family together. One tradition especially close to her heart was attending the demolition derby. In earlier years, she proudly cheered on her brothers, Billy, Benny, and Jeff, as they competed. She also loved a good picnic and was always more than happy to bring home any leftovers. Tammy had a special place in her heart for her dogs and would do just about anything for them. She was also the kind of person who was always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend. Her caring heart, generosity, and willingness to be there for others are among the many things she will be remembered for. Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Ben Havens; her sister, Bonnie; and her beloved granddaughter, Ava Lynch. She is now reunited with them in heaven.
