Tammy L. Smith

Tammy L. Smith, 57 of Warren, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at her home. She was born on November 19, 1962 to her parents Lewis Cooper, Sr. and Sandra K. (Thompson) in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Tammy formerly lived in Ravenna, but had lived in Warren for the past 5 years where she attended Warren Family Mission Baptist Church. She worked as an aide with Home Health Care. Tammy is preceded in death by her father Lewis  Cooper, Sr., her brother Dewayne Cooper and her daughter Amanda Allen. She is survived by her mother and step-father Ernest and Sandra Albaugh of Ravenna, her daughter Kassidy K. Scalia, her son Christopher Allen, her brothers Lewis Dale (Pauline) Cooper, Jr., John (Djuana) Cooper and Ernest (Kathey) Albaugh, and her grandchildren Jade, Logan, Kara, Christina, Mason and Chase. Friends and family may gather at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home in Ravenna on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of services which begin at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tommy L.
