Terry G. "Tj" Moore

Terry G. Moore, Jr. 40 of Streetsboro died Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was born April 13, 1975 in Chardon to Terry and Donna (Brock) Moore. Terry has been a Streetsboro resident for most of his life. Survivors include  his mother Donna, sister Kelley South and brothers Richard and Dennis Moore all of Streetsboro and a son Michael Moore of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father Terry, Sr. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro with Reverend William Snyder officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
