Thelma V (Moore) Marsh

Thelma V. Marsh, of Ravenna, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in her home. She was born on July 2, 1919, to the late Howard and Nina (Mott) Moore. Thelma was a press operator for Pyramid Rubber, Harcourt, and Constan Industries. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, and making wedding cakes. She played the piano by ear and won two cars and trips all over the world from her work at Constan Industries. Thelma is survived by her daughter, Twila Horvath of Ravenna; son, Daniel Marsh of Ravenna; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy Bragg and Delores (Titus) Shifflet of Freedom. In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Marsh; sons, Alan and David Marsh; sister, Hazel Roosa; and brothers, Jack and Howard Moore. The family would like to thank Robinson Memorial Hospice for their wonderful care. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 11AM until the 12PM service at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
