Theresa Q. Dreger 46 of Rootstown passed away Wednesday June 5, 2013 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna after a short and unexpected illness. She was born December 26, 1966 in Akron, Ohio to Joseph W. and Mary A. (Riffle) Quinn. Theresa was a loving wife, a mother of five and a sister of 13. She has lived in Rootstown most of her life and had worked as a teacher for St. Joseph's School in Mantua and then home schooled many students. She was a member of St. Peter of the Fields Church in Rootstown where she was a youth group leader and she had also coached youth soccer. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph W. Quinn. Survivors include her husband of 23 years Eric Dreger, her children Kyle, Nathan, Kalli, Anne, Savanna, her mother Mary A. Quinn, her siblings Joseph (Michele) Quinn, Patricia (Mike) Petrus, Mary Margaret (Phil Mullins) Quinn, Ruth (Michael) Kerns, Barbara (Scott) Clites, John (Chris) Quinn, Kathy (Ken) Lutter, James (Betty) Quinn, Susan (Jerry Phelps) Quinn, Nancy (Steve) Miller, Anne (David) Baker, George Quinn, Lisa (David) Gothard, her Aunt Margaret Riffle and 35 nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Sunday June 9, 2013 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel and on Monday June 10, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Peter of the Fields Church Rootstown, Ohio with Rev. David Misbrenner officiating. Burial will follow in St. Peter of the Fields Cemetery.
