Theresa J. Brown 85 of Ravenna died Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Holy Family Hospice in Parma. She was born July 9, 1931 in Emmons, WV to Londas and Sally (McCormick) Scisson. Theresa attended The Gospel House Church in Walton Hills and spent her life enjoying raising her family. Survivors include her loving children Lewis (Mary), William (Maryann), Beverly (Jose) and Venetta Brown and Lena (Rich) Liuzzo, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and a brother Harold Scisson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lewis Brown, Jr., sons Gregory and Barry and siblings Vennie, Pauline, Sylvia, Elmer and Oakel. Calling hours will be from 11:30 AM until time of funeral services at 1:30 PM on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home, 141 N. Meridian Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Pastor Bob Sepkovich will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
