Thomas A. Duncan, Sr. 84 of Ravenna passed away Monday November 14, 2016 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born in Erwin, Tennessee on November 19, 1931 to the late Frank and Gertrude (Stevens) Duncan. Mr. Duncan has lived in Ravenna most of his life and retired from Beaver Construction where he worked as a supervisor. His work was his life and he loved traveling with his wife. Survivors his daughter Deanna (Dennis) Kobel of Oscoda, Michigan, his grandchildren Rachel Ann Duncan, Jamie Lynn Duncan, Jeff Asbury, Daniel Asbury, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Joanne M. Duncan on May 17, 2016, his son Thomas A. Duncan, Jr. in 1980 several brothers and sisters. Calling hours will be Friday November 18, 2016 from 1:30 PM until time of funeral services at 2:30 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Pastor Gayla Metzendorf officiating.
