Thomas K. Johns 59 of Ravenna died Tuesday, January 8, 2012 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was born January 3, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio to Thomas and Dolores Jean (Wilson) Johns. Thomas was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, resided at Lincoln Group Home, attended Happy Day School, Portage Industries and the Peace Program by Independence Inc. Survivors include his mother Jean Johns of Ravenna, brother David (Theresa) Johns of Westerville and nephews Kevin and Eric. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas and brothers Kurt and Robert. Calling hours will be from 6 - 8 PM Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. A mass of christian burial will be held at 11 AM Friday, January 11, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Church with Father John Madden officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the family to distribute to Thomas' favorite charities.
