Thomas J. Kotapish

Thomas J. Kotapish, age 92, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Pleasant Lake Villa nursing home in Parma, Ohio. Thomas was born on September 24, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio to his late parents Charles and Rose (Mendlik) Kotapis. He had worked as a supervisor in Forrestry and retired from First Energy (Cleveland Electric Illuminating). Thomas was a proud service member of the United States Army. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Lillian T. Kotapish, whom passed away January 23, 2023, and his siblings Margie, James and Ruth. Thomas is survived by his children Beverly Kotapish, Donna (Michael) Correll, Edward (Sue) Kotapish and Michael (Nancy) Kotapish, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, his sibling Armene "Minnie" Ciha, and several nieces and nephews. Per his request, cremation has taken place and private family services have been held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
