Velma Juanita (Chipps) Wolford

Juanita J. Wolford, 80 of Ravenna, passed away Monday April 14, 2016 at her home in Ravenna.  She was born May 22, 1935 to John and Goldina (Chipps) Smith in Twigs, West Virginia.  She as lived in Ravenna area since 1970 and retired from Marshall's Dry Cleaning where she worked as a shirt presser.  Survivors include her children Debbie Wise, Darlene (Jim) Rhinehart, Vickie (Rick) Boston, Danny Wolford , Jerry Wolford, her grandchildren Johnathan , Michael Wise, Deana Wolford,  Jenny Pietro, Becky Rhinehart, Melody Arotin, Donnie Boston, Savannah Golias, Olivia and Isabella Boston, 16 great grandchildren,  Bill Smith and sister in law Carolyn Smith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her son Richard Wolford, three brothers and one sister.   Private family services have been held.  Memorial calling hours will be 10:00 Am until time of memorial services at 11:00 Am Saturday April 9, 2016 at the Ravenna Assembly of God Church.  Condolences and memories of Juanita may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
