Vinzi (Piazza) Amato

Beloved Mother, Wife, and Grandmother, Vinzi Amato age 81 of Streetsboro passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital. She was born October 2, 1943 in Detroit, MI to Anthony and Grace (Beninoti) Piazza. Vinzi was and is a saint who cared about others, laughed a lot, and made friends everywhere she went. Her laugh and beautiful spirit are contagious as well as her zest for life. She is an excellent mother and wife who provided so much love. Vinzi was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church. Her family includes her husband Raymond, son Dean Amato, daughter Gina Amato and grandchildren Colin and Tyler. Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, July 28, 2025 at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro.
