Virginia Mae (Weldon) Craft

Virginia Mae Craft 85 of Mantua passed away Thursday March 17, 2011 at Bedford Community Hospital. She was born May 26, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Dorothy (Kohler) Wedlon. She has lived in Mantua the past five years, was formerly of Maple Hts. for 51 years and is a member of the St. Timothy Episcopal Church in Macedonia. Mrs. Craft worked in housekeeping for the Indepenence School System and in her 15 years at Mary Mount Hospital she has the most hours volunteered. Survivors include her sons David (Ruth) Craft of Charlestown, Ohio, Jeff Craft of Lower Salem, Ohio, grandchildren Brian, Abbie, great grandchildren Kayton, Braydon and sister Marge Wilson of Northfield, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas in 1988 and brother William Weldon. There will be no calling hours, a memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday March 19, 2011 at St. Timothy Episcopal Church in Macedonia with Rev. Albert Jennings officiating.
