Walter E. Meloy

Walter E. Meloy, 68, of Brimfield passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at UH Portage Medical Center. He was born October 2, 1952 in Wheeling, WV. Walt was a meter reader for the City of Ravenna and a faithful member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church. Survivors include his mother Geneva Meloy, children Lisa (Erik) Howitt, Heather (Kendra) Steele and Katie (Nick) Meloy and siblings Richard Meloy, Wanda Cochran, Sue Boone and Timothy Meloy. Walt also left behind seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Willard Meloy. Private family graveside services have been held with burial in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
