Willard Lee Brannen

Willard Lee Brannen 74 of Ravenna died Monday, November 30, 2015. He was born November 29, 1941 in Ravenna to Willard G. and Elva (Hunt) Brannen. A Portage county resident for most of his life, he retired from the Shook Construction Company, formerly the Bay Construction Company and was a member of the Ravenna American Legion #331. Survivors include his son Michael Brannen of Ravenna, stepdaughter Dawn Marie Finch of Edinburg, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a brother Keith Brannen of Rootstown. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Delores, daughter Rhonda Calhoun, son Willard L. Jr. and sister Donna McPeak. There will be no calling hours, a celebration of life service will be held at 12 Noon Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the Ravenna Eagles Club. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
