Willard W. Burbridge, Jr.

Willard "JR" W. Burbridge, Jr. 46 of Ravenna, passed away suddenly on Tuesday September 14, 2010 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna,Ohio.   He was born February 28, 1964 in Weirton, WVA to the late Willard W. and Donna L. (Bailey) Burbridge, Sr. JR has lived in Ravenna since graduating from James A. Garfield High School in 1982  and had most recently worked at East Mfg. in Randolph, Ohio.  He enjoyed helping others and was a former member of the Ravenna Jaycees, had coached his son in Ravenna Hot Stove baseball and enjoyed  traveling and loved to watch sports, plays, and going to festivals, but most of all spending time with his family and friends was his biggest enjoyment.  He is survived by his children Daniel and Chelsea both of Kent, sisters Rhonda(George) Kurka of Ravenna, Melody (David) Harvey of Ravenna, Darlene Yano of Diamond, Marlene (Ken) Yeager of Ravenna, the mother of his children Terri Burbridge of Kent and his God son Eric Eddy of Ravenna.  Calling hours will be from 6 PM until time of funeral services at 8 PM Friday September 17, 2010 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Father James Lang officiating.
