William R. Guy, Jr.

William R. Guy, Jr. 81 ofAurora died Frday, August 12, 2011. He was born July 31, 1930 in East Liverpool, OH to the late William R. Sr. and Gladys I. (Vess) Guy. An Aurora resident since 1961, Mr. Guy was a US Army veteran and the owner & operator of William R. Guy & Son Construction. Survivors include his wife of 59 years Lois A. (Harvey), daughters Karen (Thom) Page of Kent and Billie Sue (Paul) Flick of Streetsboro, sons Mitch (Cindy) Guy of Mantua and Ronald (Theresa) Guy of Kent, 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, sister Ardis Vincent of East Liverpool and brothers Richard and Robert Guy both of East Liverpool. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Mary Calhoun, half sister Lenore Eckler and brothers George and James Guy. Calling hours will be from 5:00 PM to time of services at 7:00 PM Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Pastor William Moser will officiate.  Private burial will take place at a later date.
